Shout out to Alex and Bobby for getting my husband and I in our Cadillac yesterday! Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and never pressured us. After taking it for a test drive Alex went inside and let my husband and I talk amongst ourselves about the vehicle. We will definitely return when it’s time for a larger SUV! Thank you!
They could improve by not telling people that they are approved then going back and forth saying they will “find a way”. Especially with 3,000 down. Truly dissatisfied. Then we waited over 3 hours for them to call us back in “10 minutes.” After we had drove over 7 hours to get to the dealership because we had been “accepted” then all of the sudden “not accepted”. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else, unless you want to put down at least 7K.
Alfredo is awesome. No pressure selling. Let me get what I wanted!! Loved the experience!!
