They should quit lying about their so called "included" service plan. You're paying for it, it's ridiculously expensive, and doesn't cover anything. The check engine light came on an hour after driving off the lot. Go anywhere else!

I recently bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Austin Auto Brokers. My experience was absolutely perfect. Alex has the car ready for me to test drive when I arrived and had my whole crew laughing throughout the entire experience. They were quick and efficient and not at all pushy, letting me feel like I wasn’t being forced into a decision like some other dealerships I’d visited. We totally recommend Austin Auto Brokers. Dean and Peter made us feel like family and were so accommodating. From helping keep our toddler occupied, to providing us the best deal for our Sienna, they were with us every step of the way with happy, open arms!
