Had these people do a small job for me. Job turned out ok, but the tradie spent half his time on the nature strip on the phone, then I was charged for a full 4 hours. I spoke to the boss about it and he didn't believe me. It could have been done in half the time. I paid up, but I won't be hiring them again.
Always extremely professional and punctual. The boys are always happy to help with my questions and always manage to solve my plumbing issues.
High quality work - recommended for that reason. Not recommended for charging $220 for a callout on Saturday morning. Also not recommended for failing to call back (twice) to discuss the 'emergency' callout charge.
