Best Kennel in Town – IF YOU NEED TO BOARD OR HAVE YOUR PETS GROOMED THEN THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO! I HAVE KEPT MY DOGS WITH JULIE AND GROUP SINCE MOVING HERE TO TULSA IN 1987. MY CO WORKERS HERE AT AMERICAN HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AURORA'S AND THEY WERE NOT WRONG !! THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY ACCOMODATING WHEN I NEED TO PICK UP MY DOGS AND MY FLIGHT MIGHT BE DELAYED OR DROPING THEM OFF EARLY FOR GROOMING OR BOARDING. Very Satisfied – We were very happy with Aurora Kennel. I just wish it was in our home town so we could use it again! It is the cleanest and most quiet kennel we've ever seen. The staff asked a lot of questions before agreeing to board our dog but that provided me with reassurance that she would be well taken care of. Our dog was given a bath before we picked her up, and she looked great. I plan to use the same products here at home. I think all kennels could learn something from Aurora Kennel.

There are better places in town – I have used their grooming and boarding services over the years which have been adequate, but not outstanding. The owner has consistently been rude and unfriendly. So much so, that I will no longer do business here. I have found another place that takes great care of my pets AND provides friendly customer service with a smile. So glad I did! Don't waste your time and money here, the owner doesn't appreciate it.

Poor customer service by owner – I had planned to leave my dog in the care of Aurora Kennel while my family was on vacation. However, after speaking with the owner, Julie Mueller, I changed my mind. She was extremely rude and condescending toward me. I was shocked that a business owner would treat a potential customer in this way. I could tell they really cared about my dog and they did a great job. The place was so clean! My dog was so happy when I picked him up, I knew he was treated well and had a good time. Loved them! – Aurora Kennel was everthing I expected and more. Very clean and my dog was happy when I picked him up. He looked awesome and the people were so nice. I could tell they really cared about my dog.
