I was in town for a baseball tournament and on the 2nd day, I woke up with blisters on my face. Ended up visiting this prompt care and saw NP Debora McFarland. She was great and identified the issue and got me treated right away. She was caring, knowledgeable, and explained the medications I would be prescribed in great detail. The staff including the gentleman who took my vitals exceeded my expectations.

I have seen a doctor on February 14th and they said that they would check my insurance to see if they would cover a mouth appliance for my sleep apnea due to not being able to use the cpap machine. Here it is April 18th and I have yet to hear from them. After reading all of the reviews, I think I will go elsewhere. You would think that they would replace management! Just saying
Aurora is my main care provider i am their patient. I just wanted to come in and have a nurse check my blood pressure. They want $200 just to check your blood pressure.
My labor experience was terrible, even my whole pregnancy team was terrible ( during my pregnancy, i was nearing 7 months and was getting big, i was told to get an excuse from my doctor if pregnancy is really the cause of me slowing down at my job, when i went to my appointment the nurse was 1 hour late and on top of that when i asked her about the excuse she said pregnancy is not a disability maybe youre just being lazy and I cant give you an excuse for that) I went with aurora on 92nd those nurses were jerks, i only chose ... read more
