Is there a way to give 0 stars? Today I was given a call the day before my appointment that I needed bloodwork done. The reason given by the incompetent medical assistant's supervisor? Well they weren't in the office Monday...lol you're telling me you call 1 to 2 days before to let someone know they need bloodwork? You're stating it was in my chart, however it wasn't spoken about in the appointment. Is Aurora going to pay for my lost time at work? You can get just about all your medical needs seen to at this location. I've been going to this Aurora for at least 20 years. I had the best Dr. for the entire time until he accepted a big shot promotion. Congrats Dr. A!! Bummer for me. It was scary thinking about getting a new primary care physician but Dr. A referred me to Dr. C. I just had my 1st visit with Dr. C & she's perfect. Thank you Dr. A!! I recommend the services at this location.
Nice updated facility. Friendly staff, short wait time.
