Worst Aurora I've been too..April Jenson isnt good for much but a common cold...nurse Kaitlyn is rude and unprofessional..This Auroua will lie to u , cancel your appointment if your 4 mins late , even with the building empty and they will have u come for labs and then say they dont even have the right stuff for labs...so why does this little building even exist..
I would have to agree with Meghan Malone's review. April Jensen is the first medical provider that actually listens to what you have to say and takes what you say into consideration while examining you. Before I started going to her I would check my symptoms on Google or WebMD. We all know how that goes, everything leeds to cancer. With April Jensen I trust in her abilities and knowledge. I no longer look up my symptoms on the internet. I just message her through the Aurora App portal to seek advice and she will message back... read more
I see April Jensen and she is wonderful. She takes the time to understand what’s going on and to address every symptom or concern, and she never makes me feel rushed. I have been having so many medical problems for the past several months and April has been more supportive than any medical provider I’ve had in the past. When a different doctor brushed off my concerns April went above and beyond to order blood tests and find out what is actually going on with me. Misdiagnosed me and cost $3,000.00. Very uncaring and rude doctor. I’ll never go back.
Corporate Dr schedules extra appointments for corporate health care so they can build their extravagant buildings that are not energy efficient. Blood pressure meds due and Dr would not approve order and I just saw him in January. Eack visit is $450. I called and asked what the appointment is for and was told it is a follow up for BP check. I asked what the cost would be and they told me to call billing for an estimate. I called billing and they said they cannot give me an estimate. What a joke.
