Talked to these extremely heartless and arrogant people on the phone today. Told me that they wouldn’t treat me since I deal with Bi Polar dissorder. Oh it was a disgusting display of I am so much better than you. Oh at one point I was told they deal with hormones not mental health😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Just me being stupid here but isn’t it very relative??
They are too busy to provide timely healthcare to their patients. The front desk is rude and has a habit of not getting messages passed along in a timely fashion, and is rude. They didn’t let my husband know that his PCM (Phyllis, who was fantastic) was leaving and say they don’t know where she went. Meanwhile, he’s been assigned to Ann who tried to push him into a medication that is specifically contraindicated for him and could have had some serious negative impacts on his health. I’ve been going here for about 2 years. At first I loved it. Then the front desk staff started being rude. I ignored it because I loved my doctor. Then the front desk staff wouldn’t forward my messages to my doctor in time. So my prescriptions wouldn’t be renewed in time. I’ve went several times without my meds for days because of this place. Been going to Aurora Healthcare since 2011 when I hit a wall - literally. Anne got me back up to speed with Progesterone and a little Testoterone and making sure I was taking the right supplements (B12, D, C ...) and Nina has taken over the reigns now and is doing an excellent job. I am on the 10-day Detox they recommend and am feeling TONS better today. Thank you ladies, I trusted myself with you and my daughter Jessica too (age 19). We think your GREAT!
