Have always had a good experience at Aurora. Never met a member of the staff that wasn't a pleasant to work with
I had an amazing experience considering the unbeknownst to me at the time. I arrived at the ER thinking I had a back muscle spasm. The admitting Dr. Ahrens recognised the seriousness being a cardiac issue and handled me so warmly and thorough. She was so helpful informing me of the seriousness on a very personal level . I was in your ER recently for an asthma attack and I can't thank your staff enough! From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay I was treated quickly, professionally and with compassion. I would highly recommend your facility to anyone in need of care.

My 2 yr old had surgery and was supposed to spend the night. Her room wasn't cleaned when she woke up and after waiting 2 hours we were told they gave her room away. 3 hours more and still no room. We spent 7 hours crammed in a cubicle with just curtains and a very cranky toddler that couldn't nap because they only had a chair, no bed. They ended up sending her home because they had no bed. But we got charged for the room because she was scheduled for one and billing is done ahead of time.
One of the best hospitals around Green Bay! Great Doctors and staff!
