Absolutely love these qualified doctors, nurses and the whole staff at Baycare! Dr Henry is such a great doctor. He gave me some not so great news but was so honest to me! I have had therapy there as well with Katy who also was so dedicated to her job!!

I loved my stay and almost every nurse i had while having my baby. But there was one nurse who was super stuck up and was VERY rude. I was in ALOT of pain as you could imagine after giving birth and i asked her for a bag of chips she belittled me and told me its down the hall you have legs. I never felt so small about being there she was nothing but rude the whole time i was there.

Your billing department has no idea how to bill the VA Choice Program through Health Net. Despite having copied my insurance card every time I walk in Aurora and having all my authorization numbers from Health Net. Iam treated as a non insured person. I get a bill call your billing department wait on hold forever the person on the phone is never familiar with my problem and says I will check it out and call you back tomorrow. I had emergency back surgery and I cannot explain the professionalism and genuine care and concern I had ESPECIALLY from my nurses. Hands down best care I could ask for.
