They seem to care and are understanding of my situation with my daughter. They want to keep me til tomorrow and take a stress test. I explained my daughter would be home over nite alone so they said I could come back tomorrow for stress test. Thank goodness. I don't even want her to know I was here. No sense worrying her.....
Good food, great CNA's rudest nite nurse ever, 45 minutes IV out and beeping, no one to replace it. Daughter put in wrong waiting room, so doc Beck couldn't find her to update her after my surgery. She never got the text updates...lots of apologies, won't go back.
Very caring staff and doctors that listen and care for your wellbeing! We had all our questions answered and the doctor went above and beyond our expectations.
My son was born 7weeks early and the NICU took great care of my son he is now 2 months old and weights 10pounds 10oz
My son was transferred to the NICU shortly after he was born. Staff in the NICU were wonderful caring and supportive. They we're willing to help and made us as parents feel very comfortable and very involved with all cares and what was going on. We stayed in the hotel there and it was great and affordable. Baycare NICU staff will always have a place in my heart for all the hard work they put in everyday to get all the baby's healthy.
