I've been living here for 2 yrs . Aurora has plenty to offer great location, great new look, and excellent staff.
So, today my husband woke up to a stranger walking around our apartment. He wasn't wearing a uniform but stated he worked for Aurora (our townhome complex) and that he got a call about a hot water emergency. We didn't put in any such claim. In fact, we have, several times in the past to which they took their time getting to us, sometimes as long as weeks. They don't care about anything but rent . New company same story.
This would have to be the worst place I have ever rented. Our lease is up in 15 days and it can not come any sooner. I was so happy to move to the area because is is so close to everything. However, it has not been worth all the negative things that have happened. There has been something wrong and or broken the whole time we have lived here. The staff is rude and inconsiderate and do not care about their tenants. I would tell everyone that I could to stay far away from this complex. It is not even worth the Hassel.
Second summer in a row without AC, floor is falling through into the maintenance room, mold, you name it. With all of the growth in the commonwealth area hopefully this place will be demolished soon enough. Staff is worthless save yourself the troubles don't sign on the dotted line!
