Avoid living here if you can. Although the people in the leasing office seem to have the best of intentions, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with them by phone or by email. Forget ever getting a call back or a reply to an email. (Except Maria, Maria will actually call you back when she says she will and is a lifesaver) So here's me hoping I can get a response this way. If we weren't in such a rush to find a place to live, I would've listened more to all the negative comments. Being without heat for 5 days is driving me insane, and from what I've read we could be without it all winter.
I had hoped all the horror stories wouldn’t be true... I will say the people who work in the office are always very kind. I don’t know where the problem is, but this company is absolutely awful. I’ve had multiple, random, unauthorized visits to fix things that weren’t broken. They unplugged my internet for construction, without ever even telling anybody.
