Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I have encountered unfriendly staff several times and our mailbox was broken for over a month. Our mail would just lay on the ground by the mailbox because the people here can’t even replace a lock properly. We haven’t had working heat in over 2 weeks, 3 people have been here to “fix” it and all they did was replace the thermostat twice. I have friends that live at Aura and they love it. I visit quite often and I love the community. It really feels like a warm and friendly community.
They have a good front office team who are very responsive.
Absolutely love this place especially the patience and kindness from Ms. Jackie. She was very informative which in turn was a big help in us making our decision. Absolutely love the environment, cant wait to try out both of the salt water pools -Barskie
I'm so happy with being at Aurora. My favorite maintenance guy, Sharonne always comes and takes care of any and everything quickly and with a smile. My service requests are always taken care of in a timely manner!!
I had a rough time and Tasha(management team) truly helped me out. She practically saved my life . I really appreciate you.
Really like the location, Stephanie, and I think it's Christal are great and friendly when I go to the office, the biggest annoyance is the sliding porch doors and windows leak cold air since their single pain and then taking up 90% of the wall just compounds the problem. Besides that really nice place to live.
Great location.....Plaza-Midwood is a happening neighborhood!
So far, so good! No place is perfect, but I am extremely happy and blessed to call this home �. I love the location and the blessed diversity of my neighbors❣️ And most importantly, my doggie �, Chosen is extremely happy � The management and office staff have been consistently helpful and personally I think very pleasant to work with. May you find joy and happiness wherever you lay your head❣️
