My facial and massage rocked!!
I would rate this spa a zero if I could! While the nail salonist was painting my nails she made a mistake and said " oops I can't believe I just did that" then toyed to fix it, she couldn't fix it with out painting that nail again so she moved on. I recently saw an ad for Aura in Black Tie Publications, and decided to try them out on a whim. I'm so glad I did because Bethany and the rest of the staff were wonderful! I will definitely be going back!!
I highly recommend Aura Salon to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced salon with great stylists. I can't afford to pay extra to have my hair blow dryed like many salons in the area charge. My haircuts are $45 for a shampoo, cut and blow dry at Aura. Plus, if you refer a friend, they give you $10 off your next service. Everyone in my office always raves about my hair, and of course I send them to Aura!
I loved this place... they were really friendly and made me feel like family. The massage and facial I received were amazing... I felt like I had found my aura!!! The Aura salon spa was very clean, front desk people greeted me as soon as I walked in, they made sure I was comfortable and happy. I did not have to wait at all for my service provider, And my services were great and I would tell anyone and everyone to go to Aura.
I went to Aura Salon Spa for a touch up on my hair color. I explained to them what I wanted and received something totally different. I wanted to keep my hair a light color, but instead I ended up with a dark color and very very faint highlights that can barely be seen in the sunlight. After talking with the store owner, who was rude, I was informed that I should simply take my business elsewhere. This is completely unsatisfactory. In my personal experience with Aura Salon Spa, the massage and facial was amazing. After some complications with the reservations for me and my bridal party, the Owner took a personal interest to see that I was more than compensated for any inconvenience. I appreciate her concern and personal effort. With the skill and congeniality of the massage therapists, I would recommend this spa to anyone.
