I've been going there past couple months!! Yesterday give the guy his tip & he throws it!! I guess he expected more!!! I'm all set with the place!!! My dAughter was with me & witnessed him throw the tip!! She's all done with the place also!!!
Great customer service ! I went in at 5.... they close @6. Basic pedi was great for the price. She shaped and polished my toes like a pro should. She even wrapped my toes after drying because I wore sneakers and forgot my flip flops. Gel polish was done with care and I left feeling satisfied. I couldn't really relax because they were multi tasking on my hands and feet, otherwise I would have given today's service 5 stars. Not bad coming from a picky stylist, nail tech, and salon owner .
The BEST nail place in Westfield. Any place that gives warm back massages as soon as you sit down for your nails and again in the end is a place I will come back to! Clean and quiet and courteous. Great work!
Definitely love it here! Big comfy chairs...they are clean...and definitely soba good job. I love the blueberry pedi!
Ask for Tina because she is amazing. She's my reg technician. I can ask whatever I want and she never makes me disappointed. I wanna go here.
Gina gave me an absolutely fabulous mani....Aura is clean, clean, clean, quiet (no large screen tv's with shows I really dont want to watch) and the staff are so personable....Did I mention the great neck/back massage? I cannot wait for my pedi/mani in 2 weeks!!! Don't forget they give yo discount if you pay in cash :)
Just had a Blueberry Pedi with Hanah. She was wonderful! She was very sweet and professional! They really go above and beyond and make sure to please the customers as well as other employees! Everyone is friendly!
first time here and will be back!.. loved the huge comfy chairs over the typical massaging chairs. Best pedi ever... from the foot massage to the back massage at the end.. top notch service for sure!
