I’ve never had a gel manicure make it past one week without chipping or lifting. I never see things being sanitized or clean. They are rude and rough. Not returning again, even though we have gift certificates!
Maria was very nice. She did a great job on my nails. Everyone was nice and friendly. Very clean and nice inside. I’ll be going back to see Maria again.

I have been going to Aura for the last two years and they are nothing short of amazing. I have been treating myself more frequently to maternity pedicures and it’s something I look forward to every 4-6 weeks. I highly recommend the blueberry pedicure, the massage and callous treatment is spectacular. It is usually very quiet in there and incredibly relaxing. Already looking forward to my next one!
Disappointing customer service. Saw 3 people walk out who had booked appointments which were not honored. Woman I had wasn’t friendly & services weren’t consistent even though my friend & I had the same services done. Wasn’t asked basic questions like if I wanted a 3rd coat etc. Felt extremely rushed and like the employee was just trying to finish me to get to another customer. Will not return unfortunately.
I did a walk-in appt last summer and the pedi was nice, and the polish was lovely BUT..... she gouged the hell out of my big toe nail and it's I'm *still* trying to grow it out. I won't go back for my next pedi/mani. It's not worth it.
