I had to definitely leave a review after 2-3 Incident because it’s only right that people don’t choose this type of facility. They don’t accept walking in unless it is approved by the doctor by phone. To get an appointment is a headache. My mom was in the ER I called and I left a message for a follow up doctor appointment. I’ve had an ongoing and deeply frustrating experience with the front desk secretary, Zulle, at Dr. Zevallos’s office. As an advocate for my elderly parents—both patients of Dr. Zevallos—I have stepped in to assist with important matters such as completing handicap forms because my father is a transplant recipient and has many health issues. I usually don't leave reviews, but I have had enough frustrating experiences with this clinic that I felt the need to speak up. I recently called to ask about getting a medical form completed for a job, and the response was extremely unhelpful. I was placed on hold, only to be given the same vague answer that there were no appointments, without actually listening to or addressing my question.
