Bottom line: Augustine offers a 10-year warranty which is quite rare among roofing companies (not to be confused with manufacturers' warranties which can run from 15 years to "lifetime"). I hired Augustine Roofing and from the initial contact by phone on scheduling the estimate to the last e-mail on receiving the invoice, I found them prompt, courteous, professional, and communicative. Due to rain, our installation date had to be pushed to the right and each time Augustine Roofing would let me know by e-mail that the date got pushed by a day. On the day of installation, the crew arrived at 0800 and they were done by 1700. The clean-up was impeccable. Bravo and I would hire them again.
Ianni started this project by doing a comprehensive evaluation of the roof condition, skylights, flashing and a discussion of roof venting vs. a fan system. Its refreshing when an estimator/salesman tells you where you are better served and saves you money. Honesty is appreciated. I had a positive experience with Augustine Roofing and it exceeded my expectations after a bad experience with another roofing company. The prior roofing company had given me a time frame (but no specific date) when they would come out and repair my leaky roof. We have used Augustine Roofing several time and have been completely satisfied each time. They are punctual and get the job done as projected. They provide clear and detailed estimates. We've also been very pleased with the cost. My questions have are answered quickly as well. Most importantly we had clear evidence of a leak and they came out quickly, estimated and completed the work in a very timely manner.
