Augustine employees were awesome. From the time I called and got a quote, through the completion on my roof, couldn't have asked for better customer service. Job was done in the same day, they covered up my yard, deck, garage... They spot checked the entire area when complete, couldn't find any signs they were there except for my awesome looking new roof. Highly recommend this locally owned and operated roofing company.
Augustine Roofing was professional and informative through the entire process. From the very beginning with working with the Estimator until the job was completed by the roofers we had a good experience. Our family heard about the company through other neighbors that recommended and we would also now definitely recommend the company.
From start to finish, I was pleased with the quality of work provided by Augustine Roofing. Iani promptly arrived to inspect my roof and provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours for options to either replace my roof or repair it. It was easy to schedule the appointment. I ended up having my roof replaced and was very pleased with the quality of the work performed, including a thorough clean-up of the grounds afterwards.
We bid this job out to several local companies and this was the best price. I am a Property Manager and we have used Augustine for several jobs, both big and small, and have been pleased across the board.
