As we told Bryan Spencer the package was still in manufactures packaging and we do not accept electrical items back. It is posted on our receipts, I don't know of any company that will accept open electrical items back.
Customer service is great. Complete better experience with new management and ownership. Very friendly when walking in the door, clean facility, and employees are very knowledgeable. Will return with more business. 5 stars!
