Mark in service department was rude from the start! I took my rzr there 3 weeks ago. He said we was going to call to try to get the problems covered on warranty. That was never done! When I decided to get my rzr and have someone else fix it I told him I would just buy the belt when I picked it up. He SAID he put another belt on it which I paid $210 for but when I got it home the belt was not new it was the old belt that was shredded. Service department and technicians are trash. Took them my 4wheeler cause it was going into limp mode. Was told it would take a couple days to fix. I finally got it back 3 months later. It still has the same problem it did when I took it to them. Charged me over $200 to fix it and all they did was run a diagnostic and erase the code.Technician told me they worked on it 5 times but that was obviously a lie. Service department is rude and mechanic has every excuse in the book on why they haven’t looked at my Seadoo. I finally told them to roll it out front and I will take it somewhere else. If you are busy and short handed be honest about it and quit stringing people along with the BS.
Customer service is absolutely terrible DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANY REPAIRS. My Sportsman has been there since February 26, its excuse after excuse. First we lost pictures then I dont have any help, they sent us the wrong part. There is no integrity at this place. The 2 salesman Mike and the other guy are the only good thing about Augusta Powersports

The staff has always been great to me. I can rely on them for parts for my Scrambler.
Very poor parts and services experience. I ordered a cover for a rzr and I was told it would be here in 4 days. I went to pick it up 3 weeks later and it was not in or they couldn't find it. Another week later they called and told me it was in so I asked if they could ship it to my home address since I live about 25 minutes away and had already taken one trip over there.
