Short wait time. The staff is very nice, carrying and professional at all times. Dr Franklin is fabulous .
I am truly blessed to have a caring doctor. Dr. Franklin, he's such a blessed man of God. He's my daughter Jai's doctor as well.
The staff is very impatient with patients who are dealing with the bureaucracy of worker's compensation adjusters and case manager nurses. When your adjuster or case manager tells you what they will allow and approve, or what they suggest... if it does not jive with the staffs' opinion... THEY WILL DISMISS YOU WITH NO NOTICE AND REFUSE TO BRIDGE YOUR CARE AND NEEDS WHILE YOU SEEK A NEW PROVIDER. Yup. That happened. My orthopedic doctor is the best..I've been going to see Dr. Duffin for years. I dread the day he retires.
Love Dr. Thigpen and his P.A. staff is always friendly.
I have had two knees and a hip replaced and Dr Franklin did all three and I was really impressed with the surgery and recovery, physical therapy included. I highly recommend this for anyone.
