WARNING: MOST HORRIBLE place to take your loved ones. How this place stays open is beyond us. This place is an example why For-Profit Health Care is garbage and fosters an environment of uncaring staff that is accountable to no one. If you complain to anyone at this place of business due to their mistakes they will simply hang up on you.
The wait time is ridiculous, the doctor is rude and condescending and the workers comp rep is incompetent. Don't come here for anything.
Dr. Bundy and Dr. Bojuscal are the best doctors and very caring. I am so happy I was referred to this office. I have never had a long wait, either!
They never have my paperwork right and always run way behind and waste hours waiting � I know some people run the Dr behind but, maybe they are booking them too close. I even called ahead and they said they were on time. Now 1 hour later I'm still waiting.... The Dr. is very nice � and most of the staff is also.
I called to make a appt there and when they returned my call the lady on the phone was named KATHY she was the rudest person i think i have ever spoke to. When i told her i was on disability. Medicare and Medicaid. She acted )ike it was a issue and talked to me like i was stupid i heard nothing but good about these dr's and was hoping to get my knee replacement right but i cant believe how she spoken to me. Does anyone know any other good. Dr i could go to that the staff dont treat. Ppl that way
I would like to thank DR. Bojescul for being so caring, kind, taking his time to listen to me, and not rushing me and out like a lot of doctors do. I would not want to see any other doctor but him.
