Beautiful place to visit with a beer for everyone's taste!
We always have to visit Schell's when we come to visit family. Fun place!
The tour was excellent even though I'm not a beer drinker! During the beer tasting 1919 root beer was served for us non beer drinkers! The gardens were beautiful and so wonderful that they are keeping as much local as possible! A real family atmosphere!!
Small brewery but big on entertainment. The tour is very informative, the samples are plenty. There is an beer garden with live music, great venue and enjoyable on a beautiful day. A stop in the gift shop is a must.
Great Place to visit! Can't wait to go back for Octoberfest!
Found 4 more favorite beers!! Lee (tour guide) was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable in and about the brewery and it's history. Very cool place!! Our tour was cut short due to the tornado warning. However, the staff were very accommodating and ushered us to the tasting room in the basement. I couldn't think of a better place to go during a weather alert!! Will definitely make it back to take another tour!
My husband and I had an amazing time touring and tasting the beer. It is such a beautiful and relaxing place and a great opportunity to meet new people. We will definitely travel the 4 hours again to visit Schell and the surrounding area.
Very interesting and loved the 1919! Flowers were beautiful!
Love the beer garden. Beer, authentic German picnic tables, and peacocks in a nice shady wooded area.
