Great service! Was having some car issues and was stressed. Auffenberg took all that away :) great job guys!
Thanks Ryan Beyer for the 2014 Ford F150!!! Its my first Ford vehicle and I love it. You guys were great to work with. Thanks again!!!
The salesmen at this dealership have some of the dirtiest sales tactics. And their supervisor is even worse.
Had someone I know purchased a vehicle there and they didn't stand behind their vehicle. Sold him a problem truck had to fix it soon after it was purchased and then the same problem surface 6 months later and now they won't honor the "warranty" which is a joke! If you can't stand behind your vehicles or work with your customers to resolve problems SHAME ON YOU!
We love our new Edge! KELSIE WAS AMAZING! I am not an easy person to make happy but they were able to make it happen!
Auffenberg is not very nice. Eager to take your money. But not interested in blessing those who serve them lunch.
Don't like Ford's but they create jobs
