They came to the gas station I was broke down at, got it to the shop and then gave me a vehicle to drive as I need to get to a doctor's appointment. We recently took our vehicle in for service at this dealership to purchase a new key fob and for a starting issue we were having. After 4 visits & 6 days in the shop it was frustrating to find out it was a recalled part that had been previously changed causing our starting issue. It took an additional trip to program the car for the new key fob that wouldn’t start the car. On top of that my wife had a new pair of sunglasses that she hid under the seat stolen. I bought a truck from over 400 miles away; Dustin answered all of my many questions quickly and accurately, with pictures when necessary. Upon arrival I found the truck to be exactly as advertised, no surprises, and I was in and out within an hour. I’m very happy with both the truck and the “extra mile” customer service.
