I negotiated the oil change package when I bought my Jeep there, after their service dept. got ahold of it I now go elsewhere and PAY due to Auffenbergs inability to even do an oil change correctly. P.S. if they break things like your gas cap door they like to say it was that way when we got it.

Went on for a coolant leak. Said i didn’t have one which i knew i did. Woke up to garage floor full of antifreeze. Rented pressure test kit. Found it in less than 5 minutes. 80.00 wasted. Fixed it by replacing faulty clamp bottom of car.
