I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from them, but they have gone down hill. Had services scheduled for 9:30AM. When I got there, I was told they could maybe “squeeze” me in after 3:00 PM. When I called the management about the issue, they decided to hang up on me. How’s that for customer service!?!? Needless to say, they have lost my business forever. DO NOT GO if you value your time.
luke munsell at auffenburg is always great to work with. he is the most honest car salesman I have ever met. he always does everything he can to make the car buying process so easy and accommodates my busy schedule and 4 children! it's the only place we buy vehicles now.
