What a great facility in the Asheville and Hendersonville area so happy you decided to be part of our community and thank you for building such amazing apartment
Only been here a little over a month but our family has really enjoyed it. Like the 2 bedroom floorplan, has good space. Our little girl loves the playground, its great for the wife to not have to load the kids up to just go for a walk or go to a playground. Lots of shopping and restaurants close.
We have only been here a short while but when I moved in I instantly felt at home. The staff is really professional and prompt to respond to any issues, very friendly.
I have been a resident since 2009 and love it. The girls in the office are great and maintenence is the best. I can't imagine living any where else.
Very quiet complex. Well maintained on the outside grounds. Beautiful landscaping. Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoy the socials and activities for the residents. Love the covered picnic/grilling area next to pool. With the addition of 5 more buildings, definitely will need another pool. The current one becomes very crowded on weekends. The appliances in the apts need to be updated and cabinets refinished or painted. But overall, we love living here.
I've lived here over 3 years. The property is maintained so nicely; they offer lots of "perks" for residents. It's a very nice place to live.
Staff is as amazing as the views! They are understanding and always on top of things. My only problem with the apartment is the matte paint on the walls- the walls are astonishingly sensitive and impossible to clean (and the neighbors upstairs are loud, but that's life!) Overall I've had a very positive experience though.
Me and my wife moved in in april of this year we really like the apartment and the people that work here. The location is perfect for her work and also mine .
It's a quiet and beautiful community!!! We have only been here a couple of weeks so far but we love it!!! Everyone, staff and neighbors, have been welcoming and friendly!!! We're so glad we chose Audubon Place!!!
