Can't wait for the lease to be up...going to be a long year. I would not recommend to anyone it has been a bad experience since day one, where the fire alarm went off from the master bathroom toilet not working and the shower in the other bathroom leaking through the wall. Our fan in the main bedroom almost fell off the ceiling and our breaker tripping on one side the apartment if we tried to use the outlet. We are just visiting. My brother and his family live here at Audubon.He said they had apts to lease by the day. They are very nice. And very reasonable. Cheaper and cleaner then most hotels in area. Location is great. Close to Blue Ridge Highway . Which is awesome. If you come to asheville area. Check them both out. You wont be sorry.
