It’s the Best Place we have ever lived! Great staff and wonderful neighbors. Cool pool, picnic area, club house, and workout room. Very animal friendly and close to everything.

I recently moved back into the area after living in 3 other previous Asheville complexes. Audubon has the friendliest residents, and staff of any complex. It is also the largest 2 bedroom I have ever rented. You can't beat the location! I would happily resign for another year. Perfect for my large dog.
Great apartment community, with great amenities! The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Lauren and Chelsea! Great place for pets! We love it here!

Audubon Place Apartments is very nice and clean. Dog friendly! Cozy and felt safe. Been here for almost 5 months. Looking forward to swim their pool and cookout! Thanks the staff who worked so hard for this!
Audubon Place is a great place to live. The staff are always really nice (but still miss George!), the neighbors are mostly friendly, the surroundings are kept really clean, and I really enjoy the pool area. I've lived here for 2 years and have never had any bad experiences. Keep up the great work!
I really enjoy living here! I've had a lot of issues with previous apartment complexes so it's nice to finally live in a nice community where the staff is friendly, and everything is taken care of in a timely efficient manner. No complaints here!
