I came to Audubon Dental Group for a basic annual check up. The staff was extremely welcoming and easy to talk to. However, I had a basic cleaning done and I never knew it was possible to experience a bad cleaning. The woman who did my cleaning was nice, however appeared very nervous. She kept shoving the brush in my mouth and hitting me with the tool. There was also an excess amount of toothpaste used, which left my mouth extremely gritty and feeling dirty. You guys are great. Everyone is so personal and respectful and knowledgeable. You make it fun to visit the dentist. Brittany is adorable and full of personality and Dr. Rappold has such a gentle touch and a knockout smile.
I have been a patient of Audubon Dental since 1994 or 1995. I have always received top-notch, painless, compassionate care from every staff member. Best dental office in Nola, in my opinion! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I plan to go for at least 20 more years, and I am highly selective about where I access any sort of medical care, so this says alot about their practice! While many people dread going to the dentist, the people and the professionalism at Audubon Dental make the experience close to visiting good friends. A friendly "chair side" manner is matched by the competency of the staff. Although new to this practice, I feel like I've been here a lifetime. Thank you!
