I was thankful that I was able to come on Saturday for an appointment emergency. The dentist was patient and informative. I did have a burning feeling with my gum area when the anesthesia wore off. However, it is starting to feel better. I was told to call back if I needed anything further.
i have a huge phobia of the dentist and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Dr. Hammack and Vanessa were extremely kind and caring. It was so obvious that they really love what they do.
Unfortunately one of the office assistant on the phone and also in the person made me feel uncomfortable with her attitude and the way of explaning my questions. I felt treated secondary.
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional; I felt I was in good hands.
