I am sad that my recent visit went poorly. I was not handled with the type of care I had previously received. The service took four hours, when I was told it would take 2. The dental assistant was asked to perform a task that she had never done before. She needed to replace my temporary crown with a new one, but was told to make my old one work. She tried multiple times with to fit it on and continued to have a hard time. She asked the dentist for help multiple times and didn't receive the support. I had to ask her not to us... read more
