I was having issues with the radio not coming in and had the truck back at Audio One 2 different times. They made me make an appt and drop the truck off for several hours each time. I can’t believe they just stripped the hot wires and wrapped the radio wire around the hot wire. This is unacceptable and I will never return to Audio One.
Friendly enough staff, but the price is prohibitive.
This place was the quickest and easiest place to get my speakers replaced. They did a very good job for a good price and were easy to work with.
I have spent over 700 dollars on my car stereo I got my previous system put in my new car and that went good. Now here we are I spent over 1100 to get the 2 rear speakers replaced and audio one had no problem taking my money and ordering my parts. Needless to say it's been a month and I have not received one phone call from audio one regarding my order they stated they called my boyfriend but there is no log of a call ever being placed to my boyfriends phone or the work I already paid to have done on my vehicle.
