Staff was super helpful, had exactly what I needed.
I brought my car to Audio One for a stereo diagnostic. I gave them detailed information multiple times about the issue, the model of the radio, and how I installed it. They told me they might not be able to fix it, but could at least diagnose the problem—fair enough. Once they had the car, I got a few calls where they asked me the same questions I’d already answered more than once and then tried to quadruple the price fix the issues that I explained to them in great detail. There did a great job and help me with me install my new car radio great people best place in town and help get evething come back again for backup camer and remote starter
I went for a new CarPlay and Chris was awesome! He squeezed me in overnight they got me set up with a new one in less than an hour. He showed me how to use it and change the sound and everything and it sounds amazing! Will always go to this place and go to Chris for any car stereo/ speaker questions or problems! Great place!
