Had them install subs about a month ago. They didn’t have the exact box for my truck. But the owner said hey this box I have here will kinda fit till you box comes in next week. We will let you use this box until yours comes in. 1 month I waited one month every week I stopped by. Every week it was an excuse oh next week next week. Had a temporary radio installed by them in my 2018 Chevy Impala until I could get the one I wanted. When I purchased my radio from Best Buy and they went to install it. They removed the one I had installed by these guys and come to find out they cut my factory harness and rigged my system to the point Best Buy wasn’t able to install my new radio. Had no idea they had done this. Wish I could post the pictures of the mess they have created.
