Best car Dealership in All of Wichita ! Bought Multiple cars from there. What sets Audi apart from the rest is the Fabulous, Honest, Extraordinary Above and Beyond Customer Service from Bac Ta ! He is Audi and that is why we repeatedly purchase from Audi of Wichita because of this extraordinary sales manager ! Our only negative experience at this dealership was with Caleb the service manager which Bac Ta quickly came to the rescue and I was once again extremely satisfied !

I went in to have my 2017 Audi washed. It was purchased at a TX dealership from Audi and I was told I could take the Audi to any Audi dealership and they would wash and or detail it for free. This dealership "washed" it.... It was still dirty and then told me next time it would cost me to have it cleaned. They are not friendly nor accommodating. For a luxury dealership I did not feel impressed at all or welcomed. So much for "luxury." It is funny to me how any other Audi dealership I've been to has been absolutely astounding... read more
