RecommendedI had my splash guards installed and as soon as I arrived my loaner car was ready. I had a small windshield issue which my sales person also made sure was corrected. The service area was clean and modern and everyone was really great. For my first visit, I was impressed. Thanks everyone.

Don’t go here if you are younger you’ll be treated terribly and when i left a 1 star review on how poorly the service was the service manager Caleb Dunn decided to call me and his only concerns were how I was going to ruin his reputation, that’s right not a care in the world about my car! And on top of that, the mechanic that rode with me and did a test drive with me was so rude and said maybe 2 words the whole ride. Audi of Wichita is a joke

I highly recommend Audi Wichita. I recently purchased a 2020 Audi RS3 from this dealership. I live in Austin, TX and purchased the vehicle remotely and had it shipped to me. My experience working with Audi Wichita was exceptional. Tori Slayton was my Sales Specialist and she is a rock star. She took such great care of me throughout the entire process. Just bought my Hyundai Genesis from Audi Wichita and it is a beautiful car. Quan and Tori did an excellent job making my experience easy and seamless, from the initial test drive to the point of signing the papers and driving it off the lot. They were professional, responsive and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a vehicle.
Quan Nguyen was very easy to work with and really helped with the process of upgrading our Hyundai Sonata. He doesn’t pressure you and makes sure you are comfortable and know what you want and is willing to help find the perfect vehicle for you. We highly recommend asking for Quan and next time we need a vehicle we know where to go!
Never had to step into the shop or wait hours for car shopping. We found our Audis’ online, submitted the interest and Received a call the next day. Quan Nguyen was super efficient and quick with our applications. He gave us a virtual video of the cars and reassured us every step of the way to make it the easiest process ever.
