After the sale customer service has been non existent, we purchased our vehicle and were given a temporary registration placard. The expiration date on the temporary registration was fast approaching but no one from the dealership management team would return my calls and still hasn't answered my emails. The temporary registration expired so I couldn't legally drive the vehicle. I have bought my cars in my time and have never received this type of treatment.

The sales people were very nice, helpful and informative but we were very underwhelmed with the look of the used cars shown to us. Just not “show ready”. Not clean inside, crumbs in the shifter area, the “wax” job on the outside was terrible (the car was a mess- I would never show it looking like that) And pet hair still all over the car. I would’ve been embarrassed. Just not how I’d want to buy a car. Looked like no one had even washed it yet....but the overpowering air freshener I guess was evidence it had been “detailed”

Dealer was slow to provide information, almost like they were trying to hide something about the vehicle. Management was emailed regarding the issue but never responded.

Stopped by the brand new Audi dealership this morning. Wanted to see the quality and options available on the beautiful Audi’s. Not impressed at all... I walked in early enough in the morning to where no one was there shopping. No one came to talk with me while I walked around a showroom full of 80K and 100K dirty Audi’s. 🤷🏻♂️ Disgustingly...
