I contacted this dealer to buy a Lexus IS-F. They initially contacted me answering some of my questions and then I made an offer, never heard from them again. Kind of rude so I take my business else where.
Stranded and in trouble out-of-town... we met 2 of the most amazing people. Leo Chang and Melissa Boland. They both went above and beyond to help us a non tech couple get google map to navigate! We can not thank-you enough!!! They sure saved our trip!! Highly highly recommended them!!!

Was not happy with the treatment received from the used car manager. It’s never appropriate to yell at a customer over the phone when they ask a question regarding their car. It only led me to believe that he knew he was in the wrong and didn’t know the appropriate way to handle the situation.
Tom on the sales team was my personal helper for the day.He is a kind ,patient ,very informative person.I went in with my brother to look around and I left with a new Q5 with all the extras.....I am super happy and we were both impressed with my bro.Sincerely,Viktoria Banka
