I was sold an Audi etron and was told it gets 249 miles, it can't get 150! They had the brand new car in service for 2 and a half weeks and said nothing is wrong with the car! I went to Tampa airport, 68 miles from my house, it used 120 miles....now I don't have enough miles to get home! We left the parking garage with 105 miles, when we exited the parking garage we had 88 miles! Full on panic with a baby in the back. The car gave me nightmares, sold it back at a HUGE loss. Purchased a used vehicle from their Audi of Sarasota location. The car was not delivered as advertised (missing activity band). But what was worse is that six (6) weeks post sale we still do not have a title for the vehicle. The dealer was made whole in the deal - no financing, cash deal. The sales manager has been next to impossible to get in touch with. The doc fees that were collected on the sale should be refunded at a minimum given that they they have failed to perform their job per the FL state regulations of 30 days.

I reached out to Audi online and then communicated with William. I let him know exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend. Within a few days I was in the car of my dreams - the SQ5. Salesman was very responsive; however, when I tried to move forward with the purchase I was informed the car was no longer available and was offered a different car at a higher price? This happened to me at multiple audi dealerships across Florida. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a common bait and switch tactic. No proof just a gut feeling.
They had the car I wanted and were participating in the Audi/Costco sales promotion. The transaction went smoothly with no issues.
