What state or Federal agency would I contact regarding a car dealership taking money from me and they made a math error (in my favor) and won't respond to me? I bought a car on the 18th from Audi Financial and the dealership did not contact the Audi Financial and cancel my contract until the 23rd. So AF (Audi Financial) pulled a payment on the 21st (for the lease that ended on the 18th).
