The people here are CRAZY. I have been receiving unwanted phone calls literally for about a year from some moron named Jack T. Serena that works at this dealership. I have contacted this place several times & told them this guy has the wrong number & to stop calling me. He continues to call and leave voicemails which show up in my blocked voicemails. Beware, there are defective A6 vehicles. We purchased a 2103 A6 new from Rusnak and had regular maintenance - but without any warning - the engine became damaged from a fuel injector. We now need a new engine. The dealership was unsympathetic to us since the car is out of warrantee and this is something that just happens to some A6 vehicles.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Audi Meadowlands dealership. Our sales rep Alex Kyriakou was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the different models we inquired about. My husband and I subsequently decided on our first Audi, which is an A6, due to Alex's professionalism. He made our decision in purchasing this vehicle an enjoyable one. My wife and I are totally satisfied with our recent purchase of a new Q7 from Audi Newton. The entire staff and management took great care of us and no request of ours was left undone. Our salesman Thomas as took care of all aspects of our purchase making it a pleasure. Our vehicle was detailed perfectly. This is my third Audi and I have never had such a bad service experience. Brought my car in for warranty work because it’s closer than my usual dealership. I will never recommend this place to anyone. First off the worked on the wrong part of the car then tried to void the warranty saying it was outside influence for something that was working fine. Worst experience ever, service department will always blame aftermarket items when in truth its not, to make an extra buck out of you.
