Purchasing a vehicle is probably exceptional there. Hannah the service advisor is very friendly, Shaun the service manager is very kind, Joseph the general manager writes great emails. If you're looking for a solution for a damaged Vehicle, go somewhere else or buy Honda. Great looking location, good coffee and cookies tho.
So i came to Audi New Rochelle, wanting to get a new car, trading in my old car. Diego is the sales person that took care of me, amazing and knowledgeable sales representative. Everyone there was just amazing. Diego, Craig, Edgar, Ivan, and Peter. They all made the process really smooth and fast. Hands down the best dealership by far that I have been too. This place had excellent service! My fiancé and I visited this past weekend, and our salesman, Diego, was fantastic. He was easy to talk to, never pushy like a lot of salesmen can be, and he really knew the cars they had in stock. On top of that, he worked with us to get my fiancé a great bargain on her new car. We really appreciated his professionalism and knowledge, and we’d highly recommend asking for Diego if you’re purchasing a car here.
