How are we in 2025 and ordering a part for pick up at that specific location aint ready for pickup for days but y’all took my $ off my card , telling me online parts department don’t work on weekends, so the system shouldn’t be working on the weekend.
The representative was very professional, and well informed. I was treated as if I own the place.

Jason and Pat were great. They worked to get me the car I wanted at a very fast pace due to my time constraints, and Jason was very helpful in explaining all of the features the vehicle came with and helping me connect my phone to the car. 10/10 would highly recommend anyone considering Audi to work with this dealership.
