TERRIBLE SALES! I talked to 3 separate sales associates over a 3 day period regarding a specific car, and asked each to ensure that it was still available. The first associate never called back when they promised a call within an hour. No one likes to have a problem with their vehicle. If there is an issue. There is no place better in the Twin Cities than Audi Minneapolis! Fair pricing and accurate diagnosis!
If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Horrible sales representative that was asking us questions about the car we wanted to test drive. Dealership lied to to get the car sold and couldn't keep their promises. Used car manager, Doug told us that it doesn't matter what was promised and how it has been done as long as the end result is satisfactory. What kind of BS is that?! NEVER RECOMMENDING this dealership and NEVER going back for any purchases ever again!
I don't like Audi Minneapolis! I think your "Diagnostic Charge" to fix a broken down Audi is a crime! You should subtract it from the price of the repair! I'll never purchase another car from Audi Minneapolis.
Just bought an Audi Q5 from Audi Minneapolis, and I couldn't have written a better experience. Impeccable sales team! I plan on working with them again in the future!
