The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I couldn't get a single person to give me the time of day and when I had repeatedly asked for someone to call me back on different issues I have had I get no response. I have been lied to about the airbag recall so many times that I decided to call the Richfield location to see if they had the parts and guess what they do. Very disappointed in the lack of communication, respect and follow through from this dealership. We felt our car rep was distracted, and we fell through the cracks - even with cash in hand to buy a vehicle. I always have admired Audi dealerships, this one was tough. I appreciate the management who followed up with me and listened to my feedback. On to a new dealership!
