The quality of service at Audi Mpls has fallen into the toilet. The service counter guys are rude because their ignorant about car basics and the management just wants to make a buck at your expense. They don’t care about the customer anymore. Go anywhere but here, they do more damage then good.
If you want your oil changed sooner than the 10k recommended you’ll have to go somewhere else lol. They won’t schedule you an appointment until there’s an alert saying you need one.
Its crazy I brought my Audi to the audi dealership in golden valley. I told them it has an acceleration problem and that i would like it fixed. They named a bunch of stuff that was wrong so i said just fix it. I wait 2 days i get a call my car is all done and ready. I pick it up and its worse then when i brought it to them. So i called back and brought it back up to the dealership. They fixed the harness they messed up on and replaced some other sensor for free i never asked anything to be fixed for free. RecommendedI worked with Tony Sivongxay to by a used vehicle from Audi Minneapolis and he was great! I feel like I got a fair deal and they were helpful and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new car!
Horrible customer service experience. Certainly not what you would expect from a luxury car dealership. My A6 was at their location for over a week with horrible communication from the service rep. After a week, and multiple messages left to the service tech, their solution was to give me a ridiculous estimate for an item that really should have been taken care of by Audi warranty. I will never return to this location nor buy another Audi.
If I could do negative stars I would. I will never come back to this location, nor will I recommend anyone I know to this awful place. Horrible customer service. Brought car in for software updates and a wire repair, had to send the car back twice. Things were not plugged in, car didn’t work and they refused to pay for a tow. Check engine light was on when I picked up the car. Was called an idiot by the sales rep. The employees were rude and inconsiderate. Go to a different location!!!!!!!!

Best dealership, hands down! We just took delivery on our fourth Audi from this dealership and our third from Mark Landy. Mark is a fantastic salesperson! In addition, the finance staff bent over backward to accommodate us. Service has always been top notch and seamless from drop off to pick up. Five stars!
Just purchased a used vehicle (not an audi) from Kevin Keeney. Extremely pleasant experience. Kevin has great no pressure sales approach (much appreciated) and made my transition seamless and painless. Everyone I encountered at Audi was nothing short of helpful and courteous.
