The really impressive note is that they remembered and greeted me by my name without even looking up the service record when I came to pick it up. They also took plenty of time to review the work that had been done. Special kudos to Bob Grider!
RecommendedMy husband was in the market for a new car so we decided to start our search. We wanted to see and drive some Audi options (Mercedes loyalist). Frank took great care of us on our multiple visits. We actually both decided to purchase cars (A4 and Q7)from Audi Louisville and Frank did a great job helping us through the process.
