This my second new Audi purchased from Audi of Louisville. Both times I have been extremely pleased with my buying experience. Patti Vine, my sales person for both sales is very knowledgeable about the product and takes a lot of time to explain the various systems in my new Audi. I will buy again when I need to replace my vehicle.

Absolutely wonderful service advisers. They greeted me by my name when I dropped off my Q7 (I had an appointment so they were expecting me). The really impressive note is that they remembered and greeted me by my name without even looking up the service record when I came to pick it up. They also took plenty of time to review the work that had been done. Special kudos to Bob Grider!
My husband was in the market for a new car so we decided to start our search. We wanted to see and drive some Audi options (Mercedes loyalist). Frank took great care of us on our multiple visits. We actually both decided to purchase cars (A4 and Q7)from Audi Louisville and Frank did a great job helping us through the process. We had a great experience from start to finish and would highly recommend Frank!
Recently bought a cpo audi and there was a few problems with the vehicle. Took it into the shop and the fellas there took care of everything. Great experience and service!
