Went in for a oil change today there is no organization went in the staff was rude stated more then once I can not cut in line which We weren’t. Got a letter stating we need to talk to a leasing manager due to lease being up soon that person was rude also. Came back this evening they brought cars up for every other customer but we had to walk out to ours. Lease is up in March and will not be doing business with them ever again
EXCELLENT customer service! I bought my Q5 used from another dealer and asked if someone could go over some of the features with me. A salesman and the sales manager both came out to assist me!!! I was given a brand new Q5 as a loaner while they performed an oil change and some recall work. Nothing but love for my Audi Q5 and the guys at Audi Louisville!
