My experience buying a certified pre-owned Audi was great. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and the facility is top-notch. Thomas provided a laid-back sales experience and was very knowledgeable about the brand.
Always a great service experience- Kyle explains everything clearly and makes sure there are no other issues that I've experienced with my vehicle. Drop off/loaner/pick up experience is always a breeze. Also a shout out to Teague for helping me find the exact trim line and color combo I wanted when shopping for a new A4.

Audi Louisville has won my service for life! I recently had some issues with my A4 S Line and made an appointment with service. Kyle met met me that morning and followed up once the issues had been diagnosed. As it turns out the fuel pump needed to be replaced and although it was slightly past warranty they were able to cover the replacement through their Customer loyalty program.
