We had an appointment last week to only take a few hours! You all ended up keeping it over the weekend! He had to call you all, to have you all call back saying it was ready! Never offered a rental! Especially since it was your all’s fault! When I brought it in last week because you all had said to bring it in Monday. I was told you all were too busy! You all wasn’t very nice about it! Their customer service and work is excellent. They got us in right away when we discovered a water leak in heavy rain. The repair technician was very thorough and tested the initial repair to ensure it cured the problem and checked for other leaks, repairing two additional ones, which we were not aware of.
I had an Audi recall for the speaker grills on 7/18/18. Robert had me in with a loaner in hand and a fast email letting me know my vehicle was ready! Great staff, communication and follow-through!

I am new to the area and had never been to the Audi Louisville dealership, but was looking for a new Q5. Bob Barry is an experienced professional who answered every question and solved any issue I might have had. I had a beautiful new Q5 in less than an hour. Bob's associate Lavin taught me more about the Q5 in 30 minutes than I knew in driving one over the past two years! Professional, courteous, smart, fun. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend; and I'll be back.
